From CodeTwo: CodeTwo Outlook Export is an easy-to-use free tool for exporting data from Microsoft Outlook to CSV text files. If you want to have all your Outlook contacts available in your Apple's Mail application on your Mac, you'll need to get them all into the Contacts app. This entails a two-phase process. Here's our situation and I'm at my wit's end on this one. We're using Office365's Exchange as our mail server.

Client is Outlook 2010/2013 mix in my base. We have an executive team that wants to work off of a single contact database. Everyone gets input into it and the admin assistant enters and manages it. What I want that contact list to do is push from a master list into the Contacts of each of these end users so that they're dealing with a 'single version of truth' contact database. These contacts need to appear as their main contact database in their Outlook, iPhones and iPads simultaneously without having to use any add ins on any other Outlook clients but the Admin Asst and all devices are up to date at the same time.

I should mention that there's one Mac user using Outlook as well.to further complicate my life! I do not want to install add ins on all the clients. I don't want to create a separate account and share out the contacts and then create a separate account on each device to try and use a separate account for the contacts.

As stated, I want the admin asst. To enter contacts into a single database, and that database pushes directly into the contats of Outlook and the native contacts of all the aforementioned devices. But I'm exasperated trying to find a solution that does this.but can't find one. Office 365 won't do this without some 3rd party solution, if it even exists. You can set up a Shared Resource Mailbox, give everyone permissions to it and have everyone access and edit the contacts through that (this is what we use).

You won't need another profile. It is just File-Open-Other Users Folder. This solution won't show up in any iOS device though. You can also set up a csv and schedule powershell to regularly import the contacts into each user's Contacts folder. Seagate file recovery software for mac serial code. You may be able to export to csv from a resource mailbox and then import to each user.

That way you can use Outlook to manage the contacts. I'm not opposed to a 3rd party solution but it can't lie on these client workstations and rely upon them manually syncing things.

It seems logical that a delegate who has control over their contacts and other folders, can simply push adds/removes/changes into their contacts without any requirement for the end user who is receiving the A/R/C to do anything. We have a dispersed executive team and they don't believe they should need to do this type of intervention(right or wrong.) and exterior contact databases like Salesforce simply don't work the way we need it it as each user has their own unique contact list which defeats our purposes.

I've tried the Shared Resource Mailbox but it doesn't work right or the way I need it. Anyone else have anything.
