I've found it! (after an hour or so of looking) I like my windows maximised, so all of the [Cmd + `] recommendations don't work for me. However, for users with trackpads - 3 Fingers swipe Left and Right, is between all open documents (including web etc) which includes any individual open Word docs:) Most of the time if I'm flipping between Word docs they are only 2 or 3 previous accesses away so this is fine.
